If you are not using Familia web site or social and group features - Familia does not collect or store any information about you the user or any of the settings of the app. All data for the app is stored locally on the device for your privacy.

The app is capable of retrieving the location of the device that it is installed on. This data is then returned to the phone or computer that was used to activate the application. This data is in no way guaranteed accurate. What you do with this data is up to you and we have no responsibility for what you do with it.
The camera feature stores saved photo's on our server at ognius.com so they can be viewed by the user. Photos taken by the app can only be viewed by the link returned by the app so no one else can see your photos that are taken by the app. No other photos will be uploaded other than those taken by the app. If you wish for the app not to have permission to take photos you can disable the feature from the settings menu of the app. Photos stored on our website will be deleted on a timely basis to protect your privacy in the case the website gets hacked. For this reason, if you wish to keep any photos it is recommended the you download them to your phone or computer to view in the future. Once downloaded you are responsible for what happens with that data.
Usually, photos get deleted automatically 30 days after being uploaded to the web site.
As with most other websites, we collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider), the browser you used to visit our site (such as Chrome or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site.
